About Madeline James
Madeline writes immersive fantasy stories where the stakes are high, the worlds are rich, and the emotional journeys are as harrowing as the battles. Whether it’s a complex magic system, centuries of history, otherworldly beasts, or cultural traditions, her worlds are built to feel lived in, scarred, and still worth saving. She is drawn to characters who are flawed, fierce, and unfinished. People who carry their pasts heavy on their shoulders but never stop trudging forward. And, of course, romances with the kind of tension that simmers until it hurts.
